Just to let everyone know practice is Thursday and Friday this week from 6-7. Pictures are on Friday at 530. Also we are going to lake placid this Sunday. If you aren’t going to make it please let me know asap. I will post the schedule when I get it

25 min running time games
Full rules as applied by officials (No Checking Permitted whatsoever)
No timeouts
Midfield is the restraining line in all levels (except prek/k)
All teams must have 3 passes after midfield before taking a shot
Players will sit for 2 minutes for yellow and red cards, red carded players can not re-enter the game. All teams must have an adult coach to act as team representative
7 v 7 (2 attack, 3 midfielders, 2 defenders – No goalie)
